This is a starting point, not legal advice. It describes what this website actually does, so that the facts are right — but the wording has to be checked by someone qualified in the countries you take bookings from, and edited here before you rely on it.
A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation with a reference on it. The price shown at the time you book is the price of the stay, in the currency shown.
The cancellation terms of your booking are shown before you confirm and repeated in your confirmation email. They differ by rate: a non-refundable rate is cheaper because it cannot be cancelled or changed, and that is stated on the rate itself before you choose it.
Check-in and check-out times are shown on the booking page and in your confirmation. A late checkout can be requested and is subject to availability on the day.
Each room sleeps a stated number of adults and children. Please book for everyone who will be staying — a room that arrives with more people than it was booked for may have to be changed or charged for at the desk.
If a room you booked becomes unavailable, we will offer you a room of the same standard or better, or a full refund. Tell us as early as you can and we will do what we can.
